Projects...busy kid

We have been really busy with research projects.  Here is Lily with her National History Day project: "Women's Suffrage in America Until 1920."
Hanna and Maggie did a group exhibit for National History Day on "The U.S. Indian Boarding Schools:  A Violation of Native American Rights & Governmental Irresponsibilities." 

The girls won!  Hanna and Maggie won the Senior Group Exhibit at the Sonoma County History Day Competition on their project "The U.S. Indian Boarding Schools:  A Violation of Native American Rights & Governmental Irresponsibilities" and are going on to the State History Day competition in Riverside at the end of April!  Their little sister, Lily, also won the 2D poster category for her age.  Her topic was "Women's Suffrage in America Until 1920"and she won the special research award and received $100!

Trey also did a poster about his favorite person, George Washington.
 Maggie did a science project on the development of a fetus.
Hanna did a science project on fish dissection and has spent time playing viola in the Santa Rosa Repertory Orchestra.
