My Birthday!!

I had a wonderful birthday this year--went for a run at Foothill in the morning since it was clear and glorious weather and I was up earlier than everyone else and came home to a delicious breakfast of scones, fruit, eggs, bacon...all made by my family :)  I found these flowers outside my door (thank you Maike!)

 We went for a 5.5 mile hike at Bald Mountain--gorgeous!

 The kids love the pool and the hot weather we've been having.

Maggie is ready for promotion and awards night.

Ballet Show & Camping at Middle Creek

 This year's ballet show was "Fractured Fairy Tales" and both Lily and Hanna had a blast!

We enjoyed going camping at Middle Creek where Carl, Maggie, and Trey rode motorcycles.

 We had fun hiking and seeing all the creatures.

We also got to see a Mendocino National Forest fire truck!

Mother's Day Fun

We enjoyed time at the park with friends on Mother's Day this year....and lots of kids :)

 We had a wonderful visit from Opa and Heidi.

 Happy 78th birthday, Opa!!!

 We got to meet some interesting creatures at the Wednesday Night Market.

 I really enjoyed getting together with some fellow homeschool friends for tea in our garden.
